How do I access the course after purchase? Access

Right after payment you’ll receive an email with your access link. Use the same email address when signing in so your account can be matched automatically.

  • Open the “Ask a question” form and tell us the email used at checkout
How long does it take to complete the course? Time

Can I change my email or reset my password? Account

Can I get an invoice or receipt? Billing

Yes. Forward your purchase confirmation email to support and request an invoice/receipt. For company billing, include your legal entity name and billing address.

Will I get future updates? Updates
